Lisa Crane, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified Obstetrics & Gynecology specialist with extensive expertise in high-risk obstetrics and a dedicated career focused on the well-being of women and youth. After completing her medical degree at the University of Rochester and chief residency at Howard University, she served as a private practitioner and hospital department vice-chair in the Inland Empire before relocating to Orange County. In addition to supervising OB/GYN residents, Dr. Crane actively participates in global medical missions and local community youth outreach. She is fluent in English and welcomes patients seeking dedicated women's healthcare.
Dr. Ebonie Vincent specializes in advanced podiatric care, including minimally invasive, corrective, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, bunion treatment, diabetic limb salvage, and pediatric conditions. Little Honey Doula Services is an Orange County, California-based birth support practice founded by Melina Gipson (M.Ed, BCBA, DONA-certified doula, and lactation educator). Driven by a mission to reduce childbirth disparities, the business provides empathetic, data-driven physical and emotional support, advocacy, and birth education tailored to expecting mamas and their families. Their services include comprehensive birthing doula packages, lactation guidance, registry resources, and behavioral consulting to curate a safe, inclusive, and empowering birth experience.
